Dre Wapenaar makes concept tents in many different guises, but this one is the most unusual.

The ‘Tree Tent’ is a 440 pound monster with a 9ft diameter to the base and 12ft high pointy bit, the skin of the tent is supported over a metal frame and each one is handmade.

I’m not sure what the forestry commission would say to these appearing around the National Forest but hell, it looks a cool way to spend the weekend camping trip (not sure about the midnight dash to the loo though?).
