Welcome to Deus, the beer that is like champagne. It’s a wheat beer that is slowly fermented and turned daily during the process. This allows the yeast to rise and eventually be frozen and discarded. Apparently this gives it the light and airy texture of champagne, a slightly spicey taste mingled with fruit and it comes in a champagne style bottle. At $25 a bottle it’s not your average lager!
