Flat pack cups!

Monday, February 6th, 2006

I seem to remember these guys appearing on the Dragons Den on BBC2 a couple of months ago. I though the idea was cool then but the ‘Dragons’ were not interested. It’s good to see Orikaso up and running and in full production. They specialise in a range of flat pack cups, plates and bowls […]

Be like a Bee

Dre Wapenaar makes concept tents in many different guises, but this one is the most unusual.

The ‘Tree Tent’ is a 440 pound monster with a 9ft diameter to the base and 12ft high pointy bit, the skin of the tent is supported over a metal frame and each one is handmade.

Ever been away and seen the delights of firefly’s bioluminescent glows in the garden? Ever wanted to recreate the effect in your own garden back home? Well now you can! Firefly Magic have made these LED mock up lights that flash in the same patterns as the real thing. On a green note, they are […]

It can only produce stills due to gravity constantly pulling the ’screen’ downwards but quite frankly, who cares!

Eva Solo Bird Table

Friday, July 29th, 2005

The bird tables I’ve come across in the past have always been thrown together. Now our feathered friends can feed in style with the unique Eva Solo bird table. Designed by Claus Jensen & Henrik Holbaek of Denmark, it features a squirrel proof stainless steel pole so the birds are left to feed in peace.

So, you’ve invested some major coinage in a nice heated pool and you want to show it off to your friends. What you now need is a major water feature and this is it! With room for six people and enough room for copious amounts of booze, a good time is pretty much guaranteed.
